Take action to a healthier life for your child

The Pediatric Center has staff dealing with nutritional issues who can help ensure your little one is getting a balanced diet of foods they actually like.

The eating habits children form when they are young are carried into adulthood. Are you setting your child up for future health problems with the foods they presently eat?

Our staff will help you decide:

  • Breast-feeding vs. baby formula
  • When to introduce solids into your child’s diet and what kind of solids are appropriate
  • When to give your baby water and juice
  • How to work with picky eaters
  • How much and what kinds of foods your child should get each day
  • How to role model good eating habits
